My's lifestyle and mine

My and I have become friends of each other for 2 years. She is older than me 5 years old. We have many difference things in thinking, opinion and the way we solve a problem. However, when she had something sad or get problem she couldn’t overcome, she always told me, and so do I. We also share the funny things together. Day by day, we realized that we have some similar things. It makes our friendship closer. Besides that, her characters and her lifestyle which are very different from me make me admire her in many respects.

First, the similar things, we both are independent and strong persons who don’t need the boy’s help. She always said that why we need the boy’s help while we can do it ourselves. For example, when our power supply wire broke down she fixed it by herself instead of having some boys to help. And for me, I couldn’t stand the feeling that I am not able to solve the problem and need some help, especially boy’s help. Besides that, both of us like to travel through Vietnam country. She would like to enjoy the beautiful scenes such as Ha long Bay, Nha Trang Beach, Hue Ancient Palace, Nha Rong Port,etc. I really want to discover and learn about Vietnam’s culture also Vietnam’s history. We are planning for this by saving money to complete our dream.

Second, besides the similar things, we also have difference in lifestyle. She is an active girl; people arround will be stirred by her humorous and hilarious. The motto of her life is live as tomorrow you die. Therefore, she is always full of energy. In the contrast, I’m quite silent. I will not show my inner feeling, thinking to strange people. In addition, meanwhile I have no plan for my future, even for the day following. She always had her plan in next week, next month, and next year, even five years later. When you ask her "what would you do next?" She can rely in detail immediately, clearly about her purposes, producers to achieve those targets. She always gets the intended results.

Similar things make us more sympathetic and closer, different things make me admire her lifestyle. Both of them make our friendship more and more unshakeable. Making friend with her helps me support my shortcomings and grow very much.

parents with spending time with their children

With the development of economy, people tend to pursue high quality living conditions. Most of parents try their best to offer their children comfortable circumstances, but they seldom have time to stay with their children. In my point, no matter how busy they are, they should make the use of their time to stay with their children.

The love between children and their parents will be improved by spending more time together. First, children could feel parent’s affection through the genial conversations and sharing their pleasure with them. Every time when their parent take them to park, cinema, picnic, help them to prepare their birthday parties, reward them when they get high marks. The time they spend with their children will become treasure in their memories. Another reason, children need orientations from their parents. There are some crimes in our society such as dishonesty, corruption, violence and eroticism. In this case, parent’s introductions seem to be very important to children growth. Parent should sit down and talk with them about what they should do and shouldn’t. In addition, if parents often spend time to stay with children, adults’ good behaviors will greatly influential their children. But some parents said that spending too much time for children parents will restrict their children and give them little freedom to develop their interests. It may be true. However, it doesn’t mean that spending their time with their children is not good. Parent should educate and instruct their children reasonablely.

In fact, any child in the word really wants their parents beside them in order to feel the care, the love, the education and the right orientations of their parent. It makes the love between them closer. Especially, it helps the children have the right realizations about life. Therefore, spending time with children is really important. It is effective to the children’s life in the future deeply.

the day of the beginning of term

When I was in secondary school, I had to move to another school near my paternal grandmother. My first day at new school is the day I never forget.I went to the new school for the first time without my father. And, I began learning to do everything myself. At that time, I was only 11 years old but I could recollect all the happenings on that day.

The day before new school opened, my father asked me to keep the necessary papers to apply for new school, showed me the bike and didn’t say any more, although I had not riden any bike for 3 years and I didn’t know the way to go to school clearly. The next morning, I woke up very early. Then I had bathed and dressed myself neatly. After I said good-bye my father, I took bike and began a full challenge day.
The first moment, I was still like a fish out of water. I was strange to the bike, it was too big for me to ride, thought. Therefore, I stopped for a moment and then I could ride a bike. I tried to keep balance but my hand was shaken like a leaf as motorbikes passed me. When I could control a bike better, I realized that I was standing in the crossing. I did not know which way I should take. Fortunately, a little later, I saw some pupils wear badge of school that I needed to come. Immediately, I ran after them but in my heart, I worried that if they did not go to where I want to come,how I could do? because the village was quite thinly populated and had a few people in the road, sometimes. I still worried, but I heard some noise from children. Coming closer, laughing voice and joking voice was more clearly. I stopped and I was very happy when I saw the sentence”The Secondary School -TAN PHONG” it was my new school name.
In the school, I saw a large number of new boys and girls waiting in the yard. I felt the eyes all of the school were looking me when I took my bike through the gate. I was confused. Suddenly, a ball punched on my face, I fell. Everybody laughed at me. I was very embarrassed. While I did not know how to do, a girl with a big smile came and asked me if I needed some help, she was willing. That made me more calm and confident. After that, she showed me the principal’s room and help me completed procedure for entering school.

Of course, we became the best friends of each other after that, we had no lessons on the first day. However, for me, I had learnt many things in that day. Up to now, everytime I come to a new environment for the first time, it always makes me recall that day, and experiment from that day also helps me adapt to new place easily.

my grandmother's house

Everybody always has a special place where when having troubles or feeling tired, we really want to back to enjoy a peacefulness, to escape from the stresses of life. For me, that place is my grandmothers’ house.I always remember affectionately my grandmother's house with the warm and familiar scenery .

The scenery is very beautiful and peaceful. The gate to welcome everyone is a star-apple tree; it is very tall which rugged bark. In the summer afternoon, I often sat in the shadow of the large leaf canopies to listen the sounds of the rustled in the light breeze and the interesting melodies of the birds, and enjoyed the magical fairy tales that my grandmother told me. Going through the star-apple gate, there is a small pond on the right, it was surrounded by the coconut trees, water is so cool and limpid that I could see the bottom, colorific fishes that play together. The fishes make pink water-lilies which is in the middle of the pond shake.Coming to, in front of the door, squash trellis heavy fruit sways in the wind,yellow blossomes attracted many bees came to suck honey. All of these scence above made my peaceful childhood in which the image of my grandmother house is the most meaningful thing to me.

The house behind squash trellis without upstairs is quite simple but it is very large and cool, it is a thatched house which was made from the bamboos and the leaves of the coconut trees and it is divided in tree parts. The largest is the central part of house for visitor and family reunion, it consists of many furniture made from wooden, a table and six chair is in the middle of two plank beds. Main room and bed room are separated by a cupboard, which is set up an altar. The bed room has only one bed, a wardrobe and a steel line used to hang the clothes. Without door, the main house connected with kitchen where my grandmother cooks the best wonderful dishes I has ever enjoyed in the world. Despite it is only a humble thatched house,it really is a special place where saved all sweet childhood memories with my family. Therefore, I love it very much.

Now, I live in HCM city and my grandmother no longer live with me anymore.Sometimes, i still come back my mother's village.Althought everything was change, those familiar images of mother’s village engraved upon my mine.

All of children were born, grew up, and went to school to learn mathematics, geography, biology, history, and all the other subjects. It is said that it was a matter of course. We went to school day by day, as we were children to collect the knowledge from teachers or in books. However, have you ever asked yourself why we go to school? Why do we learn these things? Moreover, the things are all that learn at school? What is the importance of school in our life?
First, we go to school to prepare necessary knowledge for the future, each subject has a different importance and influence. For example, we learn our own languages so that we are able to contact, share and tell others clearly what we want to know and understand what the others tell us. Learning foreign languages in order to be able to communicate and learn more information in the wide world. Learning mathematics in order to measure and count things in our daily life, geography to know something about the world and history to know about the human beings, …. Therefore, everything we study at school has practical use in our life.
Second, we also learn society skills which very helpful when we leave school. The communication skills help us have the best way to contact, converse, or be acquainted with others, and we also easily persuade to make others believe and follow our advice. Moreover, with experiences we have already learned at school combined with creative thinking, when we meet an obstacle, the question ‘’how to solve the problem?” is not difficult because we have many ways to solve. Therefore, choosing the best way is very easy, at that time. In addition, adaptability skills are rather important because when we integrate into community, it is very convenient to learn the others and share our opinions. Actually, the society skills are very useful in every aspect of the life.
To sum up, the purpose of school has a great significance, it not only brings us in contact with the whole world, builds up our mind the basic knowledge but also soft skills, which are very important for our life.
